Week One - 90 Day Fitness Challenge
Mission Accomplished! I survived my first week of Rev Abs workouts. I even added Jillian’s 30 Day Shred Level 2 to today’s workout. Getting used to the routine again, like in January when I did my 31 day challenge. Building on those successes for sure - I love the results I’m starting to see & want even more.
Crazy me - I’ll be taking measurements & weighing in on Monday & tracking the progress.
